Using my Honda database, bulletin # 060103 brings up a bulletin regarding choosing the right battery for replacement.
The only thing I get when I search for PCM/ECM is #040105. It's in regards to updating software in the PCM due to a reoccurring check engine light. I'm not seeing anything regarding faulty PCM's though. I'll keep searching for ya....

From T Macs archive list
it appears several times with different descriptions ( as does the DIY AutoTech site ).
Google identifies it as also relating to the Acura, S2000, Accord and Odessey ?
The 060103 seems to be the # for the NHTSA database...
Any luck tracking down the problem PCM or otherwise ?
