Well, Honda apears to be shipping some of the items that used to be on back order. I know that the seat back bungees are one item. The fog light switches (and entire kits) are being shipped out a bit slower. Many other items are being send out soon.

I e-mailed my sales guy at Honda and this is what he told me:

"the bungees are still on back order. no time frame
from Honda parts department."

Hey, I got both bungees and the complete fog lamp kit last week and already installed them. The only thing still on backorder is keyless entry.
