TSB 03-059 Fuel Gauge Reads Empty and Low Fuel Indicator Blinks

SYMPTOM
After filling the fuel tank, the fuel gauge reads empty and the low fuel indicator blinks.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The fuel gauge calibration is incorrect.
