I know this has probably been beaten to death but I'm a little new and not a performance type -
'If you had the money and store location/shipping was not a problem, which tire would you use on your E?' (I don't do off-road or beach or mountain stuff) and not into the Urban Look.
Thanks All.

For everyday daily driver all-season super quality? Michelins always come to mind. You get what you pay for. Check out tirerack.com to get an idea of what the masses opinions are (at least with the tires they offer). Technically you'll get better performance if you get a set of winter and summer tires since each are specifically designed for the seasons. Could pick up a set of 16" steel wheels for the winters...

I chose the Yokohama Geolandar HT-S over all others. They are less expensive than Michelins, and I loathe the current Goodyear offerings. I did not like the Dunlop or Cooper lines. (For what I paid, I can get two complete sets for the price of one set of Michelins.) Shipping was free, and I paid $86 each for a very good tire. Going on 45,000 happy miles with them.

Based on what you seem to need and what you describe....
I'd prolly get the Yoko Geolander HT-S or the Avon Ranger TSE. (There are prolly some other good ones out there too.)

Although I agree since I had them too, they dont really fit what he would be looking for.
I would go with the Geolanders as mentioned above.
