so i finally got enough money to but a stereo for my car:) nothing amazing just some pioneer i got for 110 bucks at circuit city out of the box, i paid for installation but was too impatient and out it in myself the night i bought it, it works great and int install only took 15 minutes if that long, when i get home from break ill post some pics:)

Don't forget to go back to Circuit and get your money back for the install. And you only have 30 days to do that.

When you put the deck in, did you have to use an aftermarket kit, or will a single DIN deck attach to the stock mountings fine?

I'm looking to transplant an Alpine CDA-9886 deck into my e, and its a 2008 LX model like yours ( Stock Single DIN deck)

Single din uses the same brackets as the double din. Drew:)
