If you are a California-based E owner, please be sure to sign up for the California "Group" (upper menu). We want to better coordinate a few things in Cali and being able to email you as a group would be mutually beneficial.

Along those lines, if all members would at least give some general response in the "Location" field of their profile, it would help us out as well.

How do I sign up for the California users?

Click on EOC Groups in the upper right corner and use the drop down menu to select California!

hey i signed up a little while back and it still says membership pending.. why is that? did i sign up wrong?

If it says "pending" for a while, that's because I have to make a point to go into each and every group (one for each state) and approve your membership. Sometimes that becomes a low priority for me, but I do approve everyone...it just takes some time. But, keep in mind that you're not really missing out on anything critical by not being approved for a while...if you were, I'd be more rushed to get you approved. ;)

Well I don't live in California but do visit the Monterey Bay area about half a dozen times a year, so I signed up in case a trip happens to correspond with a meet (1/100 chance, I know).

I think of California every time it gets below zero here.

I don't see EOC groups, in the upper right. Are the groups still active? If I register can I unregister?

I noticed the tread is a year old. just wondering if the eoc california user group was still active??? :confused:

I don't see it either but would like to get in on it.
