Welcome!

I'm up in Cache county. There are a few more here, but the E seems to be a niche vehicle in Utah with all the big families, and only seating 4. I spend most summer months with the seats out, and mountain bikes in!

Sometime.... we should try and get a group together for an in-state (small) meet for the Element. There just does not seem to be too much activity.

Sounds Good - maybe a Moab bike trip? Or - I'll hit you up when I go to Bear Lake.

I don't live out there anymore, but if you're really looking for a nice area to get together, Moab, Goblin Valley or Vernal (for the kids, c'mon, dinosaurs rule:D) are your best bets. Scenery like nowhere else in the world and Great biking (if you're into the red rock bike style).
Take many pics, no matter where you choose. I haven't been able to make it back in too many years.
I was about a 15 minute drive from Alta and Snowbird. Still miss skiing.

Utah's a beautiful state. We were out there a few weeks ago, boy was it hot ! Stayed in Mesquite Nevada at Casa Blanca Resort. Did the sight seeing things, Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire. had a great time. Stopped in a town called Kanabe Utah, friendly people, didn't see to many Elements though.

Hey Dallan! I live up in Ogden, but my parents live just outside of downtown SLC, so I'm constantly driving up and down South Temple. Maybe I'll catch you on the road sometime-- I'll be the one in the Alabaster LX grinning like a freak (as I do most times when I see another E). :D

Looks like I may be relocating to Salt Lake in August so keep your eyes open for an SOP with Piaa fogs :)

Glad to hear the private clubs are going bye-bye just in time !

Live in Park City, often in SLC for school / bike rides. Have one seat in, the other out, so I can tote the dog and the bikes! :) Blue E.

Currently in a situation where I could really live anywhere in the U.S. with my job...some friends were thinking about moving to Park City for a year or so, just for something different, and also to snowboard all season.

Any tips or advice for someone who wants to go from D.C. to Park City, UT? Worth it?

My advice would just be to come stay a week in Park City and think like a local. It is a beautiful city, but of course it has it's ups and downs.

Definitely plan an extended trip out here before making any move plans.

We hail from the great city of Ogden...(hey now, the town's improving) :)

As far as moving to Park City, you might enjoy it! It's a great area. However, I personally miss SLC (downtown/avenues/sugarhouse). We moved up north about a year ago, because of cheaper condo/house prices.

I actually prefer Ogden to the SLC! Of course, now I'm biased as my Element got broken into in SLC last weekend. ><

Loeber, where in Ogden are you at? I'm just north of Weber State, a bit above Harrison. Maybe I'll see you driving around. :)

Brain Candy,

Sorry, I just noticed your post on this thread...

We're more North Ogden/Harrisville, but of course, we wander around up near Weber State on occasion. I see a red E on the road quite often...I'll watch for a silver one. :)

We just got our 07 EX-P here in Tropic. We were in Escalante for a couple of years and moved to be closer to Bryce with a much shorter commute. I know another couple that has an E over in Escalante.
