This was actually taken the weekend after the Nascar race was. We were down there visiting relatives and decided to make a small detour before we came home to check it out.

Now that would have been AWESOME!!! Actually this is just about as far as we were allowed to go, and a really cool security guard let us get this far. This picture is looking back from the fence of the track itself. Here is a picture of where I was standing...I stuck the camera through a hole in the fence where I think the camera goes for the TV crew. Now, if it only would have been the weekend before!!!

I was there watching the Craftsman Truck Race from the pits!!!! That place is so cool!!! The hot dogs were actually pretty good. Nice pics!!! I have some, but they were not of the E. I'll have to post them tonight.

I wish we could have been there the weekend before, but schedules conflicted and we could not make it down for the race. I actually got to talk to the security guard for a little bit and asked him if there was "anywhere" else to get some of those hot dogs...he said the track is the only place. BUMMER!!!! Ever since I saw them on television, I have been dying to try some.
