Hey people,

Meetup.com is coordinating a meetup for Saturday at noon on the 18th of this month @ the Starbucks on Post Oak Blvd. (2521 Post Oak Blvd to be exact) and W Alabama, Houston, TX.

So far 4 of us have signed up for it.

Hey, I'm interested in seeing who's driving E's in Houston!

I'll nominate The Dessert Gallery for the meeting spot. They have good desserts, "real" food, and board games to keep the kids happy. It's somewhere in the West U area - can't remember the exact address.

If anyone looks it up, please post the address. If nobody else does it, I'll do it Thursday.

If we were going to meet somewhere, why not the San Jacinto Monument/ Battleship Texas? I'd like to have a picture of a bunch of Elements with the Battleship as a background.

Or we could "drive" up to Huntsville State Park (road trip!), unload our bikes, and cruise the park.

Or we could cruise Westhiemer between the Loop and Gessner, if we wanted to do this on a Friday or Saturday night.

Or we could meet at Memorial Park.

What's y'all's suggestions?

I waited too late on this. Given the response so far, I don't think the 17th will work.

Let's try to do it maybe in February with a little more advance warning. If I don't bring it up, someone else can!

I just joined last night and have had a SOP E since December. I would love to do some type of rally or get together. Would definitely have to wash mine first though. It's a little dirty right now.

According to Bill in Houston, there is a get together for Houston and surrounding Element owners. It is listed at meetup.com. Took me quite a while to find the darn thing so I'll put the link here that takes you directly to it or real close anyway. There are some selections of places to meet. I have never heard of any of them except PF Changs and have never been there. Bill said that the last time there weren't too many people that voted so they cancelled it. I haven't been to a get together before so it should be fun. Hope everyone in Houston and surrounding areas can make it. I need more ideas for stuff to do to my E. Here's the link:
