Hi everyone - I am trying to get a few TSBs resolved with our new Element (the rattle from the A pillar and the seat rocking) - however, when I discussed these TSBs with two local dealers, they said they have 0 service bulletins for the Element! How can that be?

They also mentioned that the TSB referenced on this forum for the A pillar rattle (#05-056), cannot be legitimate because of its number. I was told the 1st two digits refer to the year (which I guess makes sense). Maybe the reference to it on this forum was just a typo!

Ok, I decided to call Honda Customer Relations, and he could not believe the dealers had no record of the TSBs (although the one should be 03-056 as opposed to 05-056).

In any event, he is e-mailing the details to my local dealer!
