I took this picture of my E in my work parking lot last week. It struck me as a little odd. Usually there is another car or two parked next to mine but when I left this day, they had already gone. I'm the only one who backs in (so I can make a quick escape) so my E always looks a little different.

I'm not allowed to take photos on base, but oddly enough I back in to my parking space too. It has to do with the location of my spot and a nearby building, makes it tough to back out. Funny, I wonder if backing in to the parking spot is an "E thing"?

It's obvious colins E is parked on the "cool side" of the parking lot.:D

I always park mine far away from everyone, and whenever I get back to it, someone else who thinks their car is cool too is usually parked next to it.

I don't have a camera with me but in the parking lot under the building there is always a Tangerine E that backs in. Must be an E thing, even if my husband never backs in (he is not a real E lover).:)

Curious......my neighbor has an "E" and he always backs into his driveway.....interesting..........:)

If you look closely at the grass on the left of the picture you'll see two worn paths that lead to the building. There are two doors into the back of the building. One side of the building is administration, my side is community development. Community development is the cool side. 8)

I drive defensively and stop and park defensively too. I always leave enough room in front of me at stop lights so I can scoot out from behind other cars if necessary and try to park butt first so I can get away in a hurry.

E owners are just smarter than the average bear I think.

Oh man, do I do that! Too many people are slamming into peoples rears these days, I always leave a car space in front of me until another car, pulls up behind me, then I move up just enough.
Trust me, this has saved my rear several times...literaly;-)

I always can't find my E in the parking lot because I pull all the way into the slot and get hidden behind Yukons, Tahoes, Escalades, and giant pickups...is that different enough?
