Had my install guys put my Blaupunkt Monte Carlo in my 2003 Element. Deck worked just fine in my 4runner. They wired it to the ignition but this deck can get power without the key also. When I leave it on after I take the key out, it plays for a while then stops... it won't produce sound. The power is on. After about 12 hours, the deck resets itself and works fine. Didn't have this problem in the 4runner. Any suggestions why the deck would need resetting? Manual says nothing about this.
