Element Owner's Club members, I just wanted to make an announcement and let everyone know that I am changing dealerships. This will be a positive change, but initially will mean that I have much less time to answer questions and such here. Once I get acclomated with my new dealership, I think that I will have more time to spend here and also be able to offer much greater discounts to those memebers who haven't yet purchased E's.
Why the change? Well, our previous dealership is being sold to a larger group from Austin. We have been open now for a little over 3 1/2 years and our dealer/owner got an offer that he couldn't say no to. This change has prompted me to move to a larger dealership as well, where I will now have 3 times the inventory and a much more aggressive price, as the new owner has Honda dealerships throughout Texas. I should literally be able to get new Element owners any vehicle that they want and make it worthwhile to buy from even longer distances.
Having access to so much more inventory and a much higher volume dealer, should also provide me 3 times the first hand information from Element owners. This information is invaluable, as I can now ask that many more people what kind of experiences they have had with their Elements, what types of problems/fixes they have experienced and general information like fuel mileage, etc.
I will update my contact information as soon as I can figure out how, but everyone is always welcome to send me private messages/emails with questions.
For the Element Owner's club members who have already purchased Elements from me, don't worry. I'm not moving away from the Honda franchise and will still be in contact in case you need anything. Thanks in advance to eveyone here. This site is extremely valuable and a place I often refer potential customers, as well as current owners. Keep up the good work. I'll check in soon.
