My Wedding with my E-scape Vehicle :D

So my wedding was coming up and we had to debate whether or not to use a limo service or put one of our cars into use. My ex-roommate, who did vinyl design and application suggested putting my E to good use. Being a large car with clamshell doors, it made perfect sense since it was easy for a bride and wedding dress to make it through.

A little brain storming and voila! My Wedding E-scape Vehicle :D

Thanks! Our guests loved it. There was a crowd and a line taking pictures before and after the wedding. My roommate, who you see putting on the final touches on the door, does this type of custom work for a living so it was completely his idea and his design for the E. It was great because incorporated our wedding colors and our paper crane theme and overall it rocks compared to a limo with some bows and washable glass chalk on it.

I had a lot of luck with my wedding... Lots of friends from art school chipped in so I had at least 3-4 photographers, lots of people helping with favors, table centers and other designs... Even a slideshow created with custom 3-d animation, etc...

Congrads on your marriage and hoping you have a long, blessed life together!

This was so personal and creative! Just a question- how long do you plan on keeping the decals on the E?

I had them on for a week! I even drove myself to work in it. But the constant stares I got was a bit too much and I finally took them down. Sadly, my E now looks like a plain old MM Element now. But we did cover the rear sunroof with vinyl and had the entire wedding party sign and write a note on it :D

And a kept a small set of the cranes on the rear driver side window.

Wow, now that's a BRAVE quote  My baby is royalty, so no chance of "plain" with the blue :razz::razz:

very nice and congradulations. any idea of what your friend normally charges to do something like that? just curious because it looks like it would be pricy if you werent friends with the person doing it.

Nice work! Once I've got the pics from the photographer, I'll get the ones up of us "leaving" the reception in the Element.

I asked my friend and he said roughly in the realm of $500... That might not have even included the design work put into it :???:
