i can vouch for this mod, ive seen a drastic increase in fuel economy since i got mine a week or so ago, from 17mpg in the city to 20, and from 23 on the highway to 25. dosent feel any faster, but its worth it for the gas milege alone.

Can't imagine that is from and air filter, probably more due to driving conditions. Smack me if I am wrong, just my two cents. Not familiar with K+N.

Well I read a lot of back and forth on them all day. In the end I ordered one. I'll let everyone know what my impressions are. In the long run I may end up saving on $ since I plan on keeping my E for a long time and they last virtually forever.

Anyone interested I searched the web for the best price. $49.19 seems to be it. I even found one site with free shipping. I haven't dealt with them yet, but will list them here if the sale goes without a hitch.

i picked one up to. I always run them in my cars. I usually get an extra mile to the gallon.

But hopefully Trevor and H & A can pick them up. That would be a great little extra sale for them.

Did a little better, online was free shipping, no sales tax, so saved me a trip. How do you like it so far?
