Very important note for Saturday's visit to the TRC facility...

1) No cameras, video cameras or cell phones with cameras.
2) NO MINORS

I just learned of the restriction on minors visiting TRC, so I'm spreading word today so everyone will know. Sorry for the delay as I know this will affect some of you and your families.

We will be sending an email out to all participants tonight as well.

WOW! My mistake. I thought I had posted this on EOC before but apparently it did not take. I apologize.

We will be visiting the Transportation Research Center on Saturday of the 2008 meet. There will be a few demonstrations for us to view - most are Ridgeline but the Element D drifter demo will also take place on Saturday.

The formal agenda for Saturday's activities are tentatively:

10am - Depart from hotel
11am - Presentation at TRC followed by lunch
12:30 - 3pm - Demonstrations
3pm - Group Photos in parking lot
4pm - Depart back to the hotel - *possibly set the Guinness Record

That night will be the buffet dinner at Dave & Busters in Columbus (if you signed up for it).

We'll have the official/final agenda when you check-in with event staff at the meet.

Also my wife and kids are coming with me to Ohio, I'm leaving them behind on Friday, if TRC is Saturday it looks like Saturday is another non family day. Eeek!!!

Accord Driver, I hate that it works out this way, but we have no control over the Honda portions of the meet. We just found out about the no minors thing. We posted it as soon as we found out.

I need to provide a roster for Saturday as well. So, that's why I sent out the email last night to ask for those who will attend on Saturday, please let me know in advance and I'll build them a list.

Comcast rejected emails I sent to all comcast users. I'm going to send a PM to all of those rejected users soon.

Basically, if you are registered and paid for the meet and you intend to go to TRC on Saturday, please email me (tom at elementownersclub.com) and let me know your name, user name and the name of your guest.

*No minors are allowed at TRC.

Boy, I'm just getting all giddy with excitement over this trip!! Only a couple more weeks!!!
