I have the Toyo Open Country H/T' s and run them at 35psi all round. No problems or issues. Ride is better than stock.
Not sure why you want an A/T tire on an Element you will never go that far off road to need it. Also A/T's are not the best snow tires because of thie tread compounds.

I've had mine on for 12,000 miles now and still love them. This past winter I had the opportunity to drive in plenty of snow and ice and they handled very well. When the stock tires wore out I debated between getting two sets (one for winter and one for summer) but decided to just get the AT's and see how they did in the snow. I'm very happy with them, they aren't overly noisy on dry pavement either. I have the stock size and had them siped for better winter traction.
I keep them all at 34psi. When I first bought them I didn't read the max and had them all at 40, it was a pretty harsh ride and the tires felt like they were skating a little. Then I read the sidewall and went down to the E recommended pressure, it felt too mushy, back up to 34 and it's just perfect.

I just got a set of Toyo A/T's in size 225/70R/16 installed last night. I love them, but the front tires look like they could use a little more air, yet checked out at 35psi as did the rest of them, cold. The rears look fine at 35 but the front tires I'm concerned with. I feel like I need to bump them up a couple of psi, and I've never had to exceed man. recommendations.
I also had a set of Toyo 35's on my '05 Dodge Cummins HD, and had to have them maxed out in the front due to it's D rating. I swapped those out for the Toyo MT's and couldn't be happier. They're E rated.
Are you not having any premature front tire wear at 34psi?
