As soon as Inkspotman gets to feeling better with the help of BigAl we are really going to work on building up an Alabama chapter...it's so funny now when I see an E I automatically look for a sign they're a memeber of the EOC and if not I'm like "Ahhh I need a card to tag them with!!"

Now that summer shutdown is over at my workplace, maybe everything will slow down and I will actually get a 2-day weekend sometime. :-| I've already used up my vacation days on the Ohio meet and I have to save some for Christmas shutdown. Or else not get paid for a week
The problem with the southern states is that everybody would have to travel several hundred miles to do any type of meet...it's not like the northeast chapter, where the states are only 40 feet wide.:evil: I would love to come down and visit Louisiana, but it's not really a weekend trip.

I am moving to Columbus, Mississippi in September and I am always up for a meet with other E owners. If I can make it I will be there!

So true. From the in-laws' house in RI, depending on the route you choose, you go through MA twice before getting to the nearest Dunkin' Donuts, less than 10 miles away.

Let me know if anything is going on around November 7-10. I'll be attending a B-O-R-I-N-G meeting in Atlanta & I'll be looking for good reasons to escape.
