Like everything about my E except that on certain roads (grooved pavement) I have to turn up the volume on my stereo. I know some of the luxury cars have systems that will auto adjust for you.

Whats the best way to go about this?

Sounproofing the E?

Whole new audio system?

Adapter gadget?

Anybody already have a system that works?

I don't want to mess up the MP3 adapter jack w/a new system.

Thanks in advance, sorry if there is an old post about this.

I have the rubber floormats. Not as good?

I used to have carpet remnants in the back it does cut down a bit. Left them on the floor for my dog.
Are these specially made to reduce noise? Or are they just floor mats?

I live 10ft from a carpet company.
Thats why I'm asking.

I hate the auto-adjust feature found on many new autos!

Just my feelings; mostlikely youds may differ.
