Hello, I'm new here so please excuse me if this question is stupid. I just bought an Atomic Blue 2008 EX. I see that you don't wax the unpainted plastic E panels but what about the painted panels? I would think that since they are painted it would be ok to wax them.

I'm just getting started on my mods and so far I have installed the side steps and bug deflector.

Thanks in advance for your help.

While waxing the rest of your e, put a coat of wax on the wheels too. It helps keep them cleaner longer as the brake dust has a very difficult time sticking to the wheels. I do this and it only takes a damp micro fiber cloth to wipe teh wheels clean again. No more scrubbing brake dust.:)
