Yep, they definitely will not fit. Our Pattern is 5x4.5 or 5x114.3, which ever way you want to look at it.

The 5x100 is a GM pattern.

also the tires will not be same as sock......40 series on an 18" rim is too small you need 50 for this tire size to be close to stock.
