The pics and press release look to be about 50/50, crap vs nice.

Crap.
The front end. No fogs, no lower cooling, almost no radiator cooling.

Interior. They lost the pockets on the dash, the steering wheel looks kinda goofy with the cruise control pod just hanging there, the center console looks gigantic and silly, still no front skylight.

Nice.
The interior. I like the stereo, especially if it could also display a GPS screen. The overhead pockets are neat, so are the LEDs mounted under the door armrest. The seats are nice, but aren't headrests adjustable by law?

The rear end. It's all good here, the dual exhaust and grill should have come standard, and that spoiler is much nicer than the present one. If the bumper is strong enough to step on, it helps solves the problem of unloading a cargo basket

Here is the specs:

Honda Element Concept

The Honda Element delivers an affordable, rugged and adaptable platform that incorporates the best traits of a pickup with a hard flat floor, an SUV with a rear enclosed area and a car with responsive handling and good fuel economy. Starting around $16,000, the Element leaves room for extensive customization, and the Element Concept, developed by Honda Access America, shows one direction in which the Element can be taken. The concept features a high output i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine that takes advantage of a high flow exhaust to produce over 200 horsepower. An all-terrain sport suspension system coupled with high performance Brembo brakes and 21-inch wheels and tires offers increased handling precision on- and off-road as well as enhanced stopping power. Exterior modifications including a new front bumper and grille design, a wider track, bright aluminum finish and a roof-mounted tail spoiler give the Element a decidedly aggressive demeanor.

Hmm. That pose isn't particularly flattering. It looks "cartoony" and... dare I say?... possibly resembling the Scion xB... maybe just a little?
