I found the post on how to make the rear accessory jack always hot. and the thread on installing another accessory jack in the center console. but does anyone have any info on how to make the dashboard 12v power jack always hot? (on without key)

while at galyans yesterday (sporting good store) i did spy upon a very cool solar recharger made by brunton (compass maker) for under 40.00, will recharge 4 AA cells, and will allow a 12v plug to be inserted for charging your cell phone, GPS etc. what have you.
but if anyone has some kind of idea or part number for a replacement relay etc. please let me know!
