ok... honestly guys... i need some imput//// does this look ok?? my summer rims are the orange axis rims... i have the 3.2 tl rims for the winter now with some 235 75 16's they are quite large.... no rubbing with it lowered, but i think it looks weird... its really a pain in the A$$ to raise it back up, so i was trying not to... i just got a set of steelies and center caps... i was going to paint the steelies flat black and then do the caps tangerine metallic... and put some 235 65 16... does this setup look all that bad?? any opinions on the steelies idea? or suggestions.. plz help guys...

Screw it man, it's your winter set-up. Ur E is gonna be covered with salt and schmootz for the next few months anyway. As long as ur not rubbin'.:razz:
If you see peeps laffin and pointin its because you drive an E not because of your wheels.:razz:
Why put all of that effort for steelies?

Love the orange wheels. :shock:
I'm going with the straight black steelies this winter. I might even buy the center caps from the lx steelies, and paint them something interesting. We'll see. :)

nonono... i have another set of rims i bought that i was thinking of painting flat black.... and using the lx centers painting them TM... and putting a thinner tire... such as 235 60 16..... i like the look if black steelies with beefy tires...
thanks for the imput... i might just put the 235 75 16's on the steelies... and just sell the 3.2 tl rims... we'll see... ill put a feeler on the trading post...

You want a narrow snow tire. Narrow works better in snow and ice. Go with a 70 series snow.
