like say you took the basic steel rims and rhino lined them black?


I saw some pictures of where someone Rhino lined their plastic fenders - how would that look on rims?

It might look ok....but I think all the nooks & cranies would catch and hold dirt & brake dust.

It may have an adverse effect on keeping the wheel balanced. You may have trouble with the wheel weights staying on.

I know that if a wheel gets powder coated to heavily, the wheel weights have a tendency to get thrown off. They then usually go with the stick on type.

That type of weight does not stick well to the plastic coating.

Why would you want a 60lb wheel?
