Just a note Honda issued a note on their interactive network to report any rear windows that come in cracked or shattered WITH no sign of an impact. This must be something that they are seeing to issue this statement to all dealers. If you have any questions email me I'll do my best to help

My driver's side rear quarterpanel window blew out on 11/29/03. My initial conclusion was vandalism, but there was no glass in the car, only on the ground. I'd be interested to know if Honda's notice was for this window or the hatch window. Where do I find their interactive site?

The message goes on to say :
"American Honda (AHM) would like to inspect certain 2003 Elements and 2003 & 2004 Odysseys with a broken rear (tailgate) glass that was not caused by impact with a foreign object, such as a stone or debris.
If you receive a customer complaint via telephone, please instruct the customer not to disturb or clean up the glass, AHM field personnel would like to collect that as well."
