First, a warning about that "dirty secret" link - it's a 6.5MB .mov file on a server that doesn't have the bandwidth to support the traffic for a file that big.

But, again, it's out-of-date. The site counter showed 117000+ hits, so it's been around a while. Apple now has a $99 service to replace the battery for you, and the folks at that link above sell you a battery and a modified screwdriver so you can open the case and fix it yourself for half that.
