Just happened to stumble on this at YouTube:

Caracol: Interior (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWoVGf0sYB0&feature=channel_page)

What a sweet looking teardrop! I like the low-rider/chop-top look of it. Now.....how to get one from Brazil?

Wow! That thing has some style!

Importing something like that probably isn't worth it.

BTW... I live in Apex.

That is sharp looking.

I wonder what the interior dimensions are. Looks like great headroom.

That looks pretty similar to the T@B's...

We seriously looked at these before deciding to go with the pop-up....

I ran the Specification page through an online translator and this is what it said for the exterior:

Specifications:

Height: 1,5m (4.9 ft)
Width: 1,8m (5.9 ft)
Length: 2,5 m (8.2 ft) (discounting-if the drawbar coupling) Total length : 3,5m (11.5 feet)
Total weight unladen (TARE) - 380 kg (837.75 lbs) total gross weight (MANNING) - 500 kg (1102.3 lbs)

Yeah bringing one back from Brazil isn't even worth considering.

One thing that does concern me is the clearance. The more I look at it the more I wonder if it has the ability to get over anything but the most level surfaces.

I do like the way he seems to have moved the rear wheels very far to the rear. Interesting.

Yeah, looks nice. But I believe that throws more weight onto the trailer tongue and the back of the Element.

This is always pointed out on the Teardrops & Tiny Travel Trailers forum -- teardrop central.
