Just be careful. They are not legal for use in some areas.

They are a blast though!!!

We used to have one on a promo vehicle at the radio station I used to work for. On lunch breaks we would cruise around and mess with people.

Pull in to a large gas station when it is really busy and have someone "clearing" people for gas on pump #97 or some really high numbers. The other costumers will think it came over the gas station intercom and look around to see how many pumps are actually there.

When stopped at a light or the side of the road. Pick out a pedestrian who is walking down the street. With the mic on and the car silent. Tap the mic with every step the person takes. They begin to realize that their steps are in sync with some strange tapping sound and will try to change their pace. Keep up with them!!!:D

I've always had a marine hailer hooked up, under the hood to my CBs. I loved really to really freak inattentive drivers out.
Nothing like critiquing the music coming out of a rattling cr@p trap with too much bass.
