I made up these images so everyone could have an image of the element in the color they own to use as an Avatar or in their signature on the board here.

Just right click the one you want and choose "save as" to save to your PC then go to edit your Profile on the board here (http://www.elementownersclub.com/forums/profile.php?mode=editprofile) and add the image as your avatar at bottom of the page.

U R welcome dmcarley. I am glad you liked the avatar and see you are using it. I saw a need and made a custom one for myself and figured I would go ahead and make all the colors for others to use.

Just added the Eternal Blue found a sample, it seems to be just a shade darker then Fiji Blue.

I can't seem to make it work. I downloaded the Fiji Blue, made sure it was 80 x 80 pixels, went to the Profile, added the avatar and a signature line, and hit submit. Nothing changed. Did this three times! What am I doing wrong?

I tried again at 75 x 75 pixels. No dice. Frustrating! :cry:

Has to be a .gif, not a .jpg. I don't think the FAQs said that, but maybe they did. Anyway, I'm HappE again... :lol:

Sir Lone Knight... you are da man! I took the liberty with my avatar to "paint" the Element the color I wish I could order -- purple. Wish they offered that!

I'm glad you just explained that weird color thing. I though it was just my eyes failing me at O' Dark-Thirty this morning. (Hmmm - that Fiji Blue Avatar looks kinda purplish to me.) Glad you finally figured out posting your Avatar though, no matter what color it turns out to be.

Thanks Boomer, I am glad you like the avatar. I put them up for people to use as they wish and adding to or customizing it to make it their own is cool with me since it is your profile. :D

I would only have a problem if I saw someone posting them some where and claiming they made them. :twisted:

I'm not sure if the color you used to represent Eternal Blue Pearl is accurate so I created my own. It's about several shades darker than Fiji Blue Pearl. Take a look at my avatar for comparison.

Hey guys, sorry to bring this post back from the dead but.
Well I am trying to change my Avatar - but its' not letting me update a new one. I'd like to replace and upload animated images(A VTEC Motor).
Why can I not do this?
HELP? Someone?(T MAC)?

There was a time when I used nothing but animated spirals as avatars, and then went to change to a different one and it would no longer upload. It would seem that animated avatars are no longer accepted.

Yes there are a few here and there, but those are "grandfathered in" so to speak, but when they are changed by the member, they can no longer use an animated avatar as the console will not allow it.
