Only if you have some 18" wheels to go with...

i as well as a couple of other members are running 255/55/18 so you should be just fine. they give you a wider stance without giving up comfort.

the only issue i have had is road noise. the cheaper the tire the more road noise you are likey to have.

I have 235/55/18 Yoks. At first I didn't notice any rubbing but after a month or so of use I have noticed some slightly rubbing when doing hard left or right turns. Its not that bad but I can hear some slight rubbing noise. I will have to turn the wheel one of these days and get out of my car to see exactly what is rubbing. Other then that If I just drive straight and don't look back I get no rubbing.... :)

I have an 08' E with 255/50/18's with stock equipment and I get no rub at all. The ride is still comfortable but I do get a lot of added road noise. Here's a couple of pics showing the look of the wheels/tires at stock height.

I put my 255/45/r18 on my E and it looked silly lol. I am going to sell them. They would look good on a Black E with bigger tires.
