What's up everyone! I just wanted to chime in and introduce myself. My wife and I just purchased an '03 EX Honda Element from CarMax. We love it and it's so roomy for our newborn son. CarMax was so easy to deal with too. I may have not gotten the best deal close to invoice, but the experience was great and less stressful.

We found out about this site through an Element Yahoo Group. I'm learning alot about this car and hopefully I can get some great tips on a new set of tires and rims and other performance mods.

Who else is from Elk Grove and/or the Sacramento area? Anything planned or in the works?

I got my element for invoice with no haggling from the fleet manager at Elk Grove Honda in August. There was no pressure to buy extras, either.

I'm new to the EOC forum. I just purchased a 2004 GGM EX AWD I've added the following accessories: roof rack, trailer hitch, Cabana, Cabana Poles, Privacy Curtains, table legs, Sunroof shade screen and Apple Sticker.

BTW, where are the elks, and are they really in a grove? Are there any groves left, after all the sprawl?

I think the farmers took care of the "grove" and the "elk" quite a few years ago. There are still nice preserves with creeks, beavers, and lots of birds.
