I was looking under my dash last evening and noticed a large buckle in the flooring on the upper edge just left of the accelerator . To the right of the pedal, the covering is shoved under the center dash where it meets the floor and looks like it may cover a bundle of wires. The material can’t be moved any further to the right, so there’s a buckle in the material. I’m not talking about the power bulge left of the accelerator, the material is actually bunched to the point I doubt the accelerator could be fully depressed.

The rest of the vehicle is so flawless, I was really shocked to see this imperfection.

Anyone else out there with floor covering like I’ve described?

I don't have a proble with buckled flooring, but my driver seat bottom cushion is slightly buckled at sewn seam. . .with 200 miles on my new E.

I'm 6' 5", and weigh 220 pounds. Is this normal for other E owners?
