Photo gallery of a bunch of Missouri puppy mill "surplus" dogs that have been brought to the Washington, D.C. area. God bless those who are fostering. Some of these pups are in bad shape.

And to H E double-toothpicks with the savages who imposed this misery on these innocent animals for the sake of making money off their unhealthy progeny.

Somebody to love?

Local rescue teams are providing foster homes for "surplus" dogs from Missouri puppy mills, many of whom have never been held and suffer from psychological and physical ailments.

The bullies make me the saddest. I know that's not right, but I have always thought they are cool dogs, always wanted one.

The money they made off of those poor dogs is unreal . . . very sad.

There is a mill about an hour from here, and I spent a week on the phone trying to get something done, AKC, ASPCA, local humane society, etc all blew me off.
