Hey all, I have noticed that the MT has been really sluggish in cold weather. I know it takes time to let the Tranny fluid warm up and all BUT, I was curious if any one else seems to be having these problems when it's cold

No problems here. Do you mean that the shifting/shifter feels sluggish? Or the car in general (i.e. slower acceleration)? Shifting feels nice and crisp as usual in mine, even in single-digit weather, but I guess you could say it might seem a bit slower to accelerate if you don't let it warm up for a minute or two.
Perhaps I just don't "jump in and go" often enough to notice.

...in the E... and in nearly every other MT car I've driven.
IOW, it's normal.
In a couple of cars I reduced this problem by changing the transmission oil to a quality synthetic. Synthetics typically have better low-temp flow characteristics. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to mess with this on the E, given its very low need for servicing.
