That is correct. This one is made by AVS (Autoventshade).

It was ridiculously easy to install - took more time to get it out of the box and the wrapping off. Five minutes max, no hood latch adjustment needed. This is the 2nd AVS deflector I've owned - the first was for my '07 E.

To clarify, this is the AVS Bugflector II. I hear it is identical to the Lund, but I don't know for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

While I was showing off the EOC decal, tailgate spoiler and Hidden Hitch install to my GF this weekend (she totally didn't notice anything although she was within touching distance, but then she could stroll past King Kong and be oblivious), she noticed the AVS and asked when THAT had been put on. Oh, about 4 months ago. It is pretty low-key, I guess, to some.

I called AVS and she said the 09+ is only offered in 1 style, 1 part number..Where did you get yours from?

I got mine from a seller at AutoAnything.com. I believe the Bugflector II is the one she was talking about.

are there any differences between this one and the one offered from Honda?

I only have experience with the AVS. Looks to me that the Honda piece costs twice as much, has brackets to install in addition to the fasteners, rubs against paint (you have to apply protective tape) and takes longer to install.
