Can anyone provide more info on this TSB I found listed?

I'm noticing that in order for my transmission to downshift smoothly into first gear when coming to a stop, I must stop almost completely. If I try to roll through slowly, and then step on it a little, it goes into 1st gear hard. I have also had it downshift into second gear very hard intermittently when slowing down fairly rapidly. It downshifted hard enough that, if I was on an icy or snowy road, I could possibly lose control of the vehicle momentarily.

Anybody else experience similar symptoms?

I do not have any info on the TSB you are looking for but I do have the exact same problem on my 2002 Accord. It drives me nuts and the dealer thinks there is not problem. I hope you can solve this problem. Please post your solution if you find one. Your post said TCM (Transmission control module) and a PCM. What is a PCM???
