Well, took my E on it's maiden Rocky Mountain voyage this weekend. Here's a couple of pics from the great trip we had.
Handles just fine on the inclines and white stuff. :D

Looks great... I haven't been up to Cripple Creek for about 5 years now. Question - Did you get your Fiji Blue in Denver? I'm up in Fort Collins and I've still yet to see one. Every time I drive by our Honda dealer I look to see if they have one yet... anyhow, I just want to see one in real life.

I used a car buying service to get my E. He called around and got it from Burt-Cuni Honda (formerly Empire Honda of Denver, and now located in Lakewood).

I placed an order for it in January, and didnt get it till February 4th. I think he traded another dealership to get it, but I dont know for sure.

I also haven't seen another Fiji Blue driving around yet. Before I chose that color, I went to the Honda dealership near me and looked at a new 2004 Civic in the same Fiji Blue to get an idea of what it looked like in person.

I wish it was even a little more BOLD in color, so the panels stood out more, but overall I love it. :)

Sure enough, yesterday when I took a peek at the E's as I drove by our Honda dealer - they had a Fiji Blue. I had to look online at their inventory to make sure that it was a FB, since the sun was shining on it I wasn't sure if it was just a leftover Eternal that just looked brighter because of the sun. I am surprised that when I saw it in person (given it was from a ways away) that it wasn't quite as bright as I had expected from the pictures. Now I just can't wait to see one on the road... Congrats on your sharp lookin' E!

Another trip to Cripple Creek this past weekend! Great weather for hiking and riding the narrow guage.

Here's a pic of Epod trying to measure up to the Cripple Creek/Victor Colorado steam engine.

So the train can hold more passengers... but can I power my iPod from the coal furnace? No! So there! :)

Speaking of my iPod... I finally installed my "perfect" iPod mount. Gonna go post some pics of that now...
