Can anyone tell me what the impedance for the factory sub is? I have not pulled mine out yet and was trying to get the information to a speaker manufacturer out here in Norcal. They have made specailty speakers for numerous cars so I called them and they sounded interested in checking it out. Thanks

No idea about the impedance, but I'm VERY interested in a replacement sub that fits in the factory spot. I'm swapping out the front and rear speakers this weekend but living with the factory sub for now. I don't want any visible changes to the stereo. I'm still waiting to hear of a viable factory amp replacement that works well.
