One of the great things about August in Texas is that the heat is almost over and we start 9 months of great weather. The other great thing is the Hatch Green Chiles are in! BTW- I know the Hatch chiles are from New Mexico, but thats provincial Texas :grin:

I want some! I have been to New Mexico 3 times and I bring em back to Chicago when I can! Are you roasting them yourself or waiting in line!?
