Well after reading a few DIY an tutorials on here about taking headlights apart an painting them black an remove amber lens I thought I need to do that an its a super cheap mod, so I had today off from work an dismantled my box an got her looking good again!!

I used a satin black paint on the headlights, an the clear sidemarkers I found on ebay.

Looks nice. You'll have to keep us updated on the side markers. I have read a lot of posts from people who had leakage problems. If yours hold up I might try to follow in your footsteps, although I will probably just pull out the amber lens and call it good. Good luck!
