What numbers do I use to reset my radio after a battery change? I have a 2004 EX.

Ok guys, I have a technical question. I have a 2010 EX 2WD. Yesterday, I left the lights on and drained the battery completely. I jumped started it and everything seems to be ok except the radio will not come on and displays 'enter code'. Also the automatic up/down on the power windows don't work. Anyone else have this problem, and how do I fix it.?
