I live in Austin but will be working a contract in Dallas for the summer. Seems like there are a few active E owners on here. Would love to hang out. Anyone know where the good fishing is? Bank or Kayak?

For good fishing Lake Texhoma (about 1.5 hrs north) has really good striper fishing...and who doesn't like a good striper every now and again?
The cats are good there too - my granddad routinely pulls out 35lbs+ from there. Also, Good crape - and who doesn't like a good crape?

Here locally - I haven't really found any good spots. I live about 1/4 of a mile from Lake Arlington, but being with out a boat - I wouldn't suggest bank fishing (if you know - you know), but I hear the cats are good.

Also Lake Tawakani has really good catfish, but isn't exactly local - especially from Ft. Worth.

It would be really nice to get to know some local E owners.

Just got an Element not long ago, stay in Benbrook and commute to Arlington on the daily.

Plano and just got my element last month when I came home from college on thanksgiving break <3 it

I'm in Plano as well and have had my E for over a year now and absolutely love it! I've taken it camping, to the lake for some kayaking, and for all my day to day activities.

Mine was a surprise because I've been car-less since early June when the Ty rods on my dodge intrepid were about to break so when my sister and I came home for thanksgiving break from college my parents gave me the car and I was extatic because it was the car I've wanted for a while they even went as far to keep it a surprise as parking it by the local grocery store so I wouldn't see it when we arrived

That's pretty cool of them! What an awesome surprise. It's a great car. I bought the EOC sticker and license plate frame and slapped them on!

I see a lot of E's in the Plano/Dallas area, but haven't seen one with an EOC sticker yet, other than my own of course. Wonder if those owners know about it.

I'm considering ordering an EOC sticker but my parents are very picky about stickers on our cars and they just ordered me a "you just got passed by a toaster" sticker that will be placed on my car plus I have decals and emblems for my college so I'll have to talk to them about adding an EOC one

I live in Cedar Hill and commute to Arlington. I'm amazed at the number of Elements I see daily now that I look for them. I bought my '03 a month ago and love it so far.

I ordered my first sticker last weekend, "Screw Aerodynamics"! Can't wait to put it on.
