Details to come out later. Working with another EOC member to secure a site near Gettysburg, PA. Need to work on some of the logistics.

Once details are finalized we will provide the where, cost and any other pertinent info.

Just threaten the evil corporate retail monsters with the EVIL HUFF :060:! That mother flocker will show them and in the end you and Juanita will still have jobs and be able to travel to all the EOC meets without having to move into your camper :-D

Having a great response on the facebook element site. So far we have about 14 E owners respond that they are interested.

Wrapping up the details, etc. Will get out once we have everything set.

It's a camping trip for those that want to camp. However. There are Hotels/Motels Very near by to the camping site. More information is coming out within the next 2 weeks. We are still working out the details.

We are in the process of finalizing everything. I should be posting probably beginning of next week.

What I can tell you the location is just north of Gettysburg. About a 15 minute drive. We will be able to camp from Thursday thru Monday. Dominic & I plan on being there on Thursday and stay til Monday.

I will start a new thread to announce the details. We have had about 22 E owners respond.

Should be fun with lots of things to do in the area.

Still trying to get some of the finer points ironed out.

Putting this thing together, is not as easy as it sounds. Many things come into play. We are working hard at it. Trust me on this.... Patty will be putting up some information shortly. Hopefully, the last few details can be worked out quickly. It's going to happen !! We know that for sure. The dates are firm. The place is set. It's the small things that need to be firmed up.

We are excited about this one! Looks like we can keep the pricing down, and still have everything we need, for a successful meet.

I am sick of snow, and more is on the way. We have a storm coming in the morning, a small one. Then it is to be followed by another with more than 10 inches. I am really looking forward to this camping trip!!

Yea, Dom, I have been watching your posts/pics on FB, your guys are getting hammered on a regular basis. As far as the meet info.. I was just yankin your chain. I am very anxious to see everyone again though.
