I installed a double din radio and have the gap I have seen mentioned here. The Scosche kit has been mentioned, but when I look up Scosche HA1702B I see it works for 2007 and up, but some places list it as excluding LX trim. Is this right? What is the difference? What can I use?

OK, I see it is the HA1701B that is listed for LX model. Though the highest year I see it listed for is 2008. It should still work, or no?

the 95-7863 Metra kit will work for any trim of any year. you may have an issue finding one this early in its life though. It was just released officially a few weeks ago ast CES.

I mucked around for a bit and decided to just do my own thing rather than get a kit. Not the best picture, I know, but it is not quite right yet anyway. When I take it back out to hook up the back-up camera, I will do a better job of the aluminum inlays along the sides. Their length is off a bit, and one is thinner than the other right now. I am calling it a good proof of concept; I really like the effect they have on the overall look. Anyway, I will try to get a better pic after I finalize everything.
