I am having an intermittant issue with what feels like my right front wheel bouncing while under acceleration.
It was subtle at first but I becoming more pronounced. It feels just like I am running across a section of "washboard" dips and ridges on a dirt road.
The bounce is not a regular thing and seems to happen after a left turn and accelerating from 10 to 25 Mph. After this it smooths out.
I have never had a out of balance tire do this. I am worried that I am having some more severe drive train problem. Just trying to figure this out.
One other thing I have noticed is.....when I am making a tight turn, over a 90 degree ie: turning around 180 or 270 degrees in a parking lot. There is a rumble from the front end. I felt that this was due to the all wheel drive and the front tires gripping and slipping.
I have not driven any other Elements to see if this happens with them too.

Finish filling out your profile.
Info like what year E you have, what model E you have as well as
how many miles, what kind of tires and rims you have will help.
No way to intelligently answer your question without all that info above.

your profile does not say..but if you have a 4wd ,,,the tight turning rumble is your rear diff fluid..change the rear diff fluid before you waste any money trying to fix the problem,,,your need 2 bottles of honda dual pump 2 fluid,,,it takes 10 mins to do yourself...do a search on here there is a thread on how to do it yourself..its a simple drain and fill ..no filter..

Big Smoke,
I changed the rear diff fluid and things were better for a week or so. Now the boucning and slipping feeling does not happen when coming out of a turn but will happen driving staight down the road.
The rear diff was low in fluid and it is s 4 wd.
Is there anything up from to service? I am going to crawl under tomorrow and check for a leak or drip from the the rear diff.
I am at a loss.

Did you use new washers,,,i hope so,,, see if anything is leaking,,, when you opened the top plug, the refill plug fluid should have leaked out,, if not you where low,, also when you refill it keep filling it till fluid comes leaking out,, then you know its full
