Yesterday I used the "found it lower price" form on the Discount Tire Direct website and within an hour had an email reply from Adrian Thornton at DTD with a direct extension to call. He not only price matched but made double sure I knew about the two day only $40 rebate special. The price match saved me $100, sales tax (approx $70), $56 shipping and an additional $40 rebate!
Locally the best deal I could find was $620 installed out the door with new lugs, TPMS installed, mount and balance but they were Nexen tires. I highly suggest anyone looking at larger tires do your research. Seems those Nexen's are not very safe after 15k miles.
In the end ill spend $690 on the tires installed out the door from DTD and im getting a much better tire, the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo in 245-45-20. Thats with road hazard! Thanks guys.
