ever since i've had my eibachs, my E has had some mad swueaks mostly when i go up drive ways, and bumps. I'm hoping that when i finally install my teins tmrw or next week that they will die down..but has anyone else had this?

Your bushings/tie rods probably need some lube.

When I had my Accord, it used to squeak up driveways and whatnot but it was lowered w/ poly bushings in the camber kit. Some white lithium grease spray fixed it right up.

If it's the tie rod ends, it's a different issue of replacement I believe.

thanks i'll try lubing those up. on a second note today when My brother and i were doing the tein install, two of the studs/lugs were crossthreaded, one stud has snapped in the process of trying to break it free, the other is just waiting to be broken....anyone have a clue how much i should be expecting to pay for something like this.

Cut off your arm and your brother's leg and hand it to the mech.

Haha jk. Not sure for this car (I've never done suspension work on it, sorry). Are you talking about the bolt that holds the strut in place to the control arm or a hole that the bolt screws into is stripped?

Pictures always help.

no it was the stud that holds the wheel on, nothing on the suspension has broken...yet

LOL.. sorry im not being any help. i just assumed my shocks were blown or something. been too distracted with school, work, and bills. im interested though. it does bother me

:edit: and i have tein lowering springs btw. the rear was modified to lower down some more to even out with the front
