Got a bit carried away this weekend and painted my wheels. I love the way they turned out, it was well worth the work!

Thanks!
I actually used Plasti-Dip from my thread in the DIY section. Took the wheel off, taped around the rim/tire and taped newspaper over the tire to keep it clean. I done 5 coats per wheel.
Very easy but tedious job.

I think that looks great. The color is good, and the plastidip has the right amount of gloss/satin/matte.
Will it survive if you put new tires on the wheels? Or would you have to peel it off and start over?

Im thinking it will peel off, but these are new tires so I will probably have another set of wheels soon and keep these for winter and the tires should last along time. If it peels off its really easy to do over.

and, just for balance, i'll say that i really like them. even enough to consider doing it to my wheels.

The wheels look good. I picked up a can of that stuff to do emblems first then maybe the wheels if I like the results.

Looks nice.
The raised white lettering on the tires give the wheel/tire package a bit of an accent with the center cap.
