My left rear side body panel has a 12 inch scratch on it. After washing car for the first time after delivery, I noticed the fine scratch in the upper panel.The service manager indicated that there are a large number of complaints on the non durability of the body panels. The car has not been in a parking lot, yet it has a fine scratch. I noticed that the dealer new car preped the vehicle using armor all on the body panels. Only after it was washed off did the scratch appear. My dealer will order a new panel but that will not solve how easily they are damaged. Durability was to be there purpose.

Honda makes a scratch "remover" / protectant for the body panels. It actually hides blemishes pretty well. That might solve your problem.
